Former Nigeria vice-president, Atiku Abubakar, has praised the decision of the Police Force, to withdraw its officers from guarding private individuals and organisations in the country.

The Inspector-General of Police, Idris Ibrahim, on Monday announced the withdrawal of the officers said to number about 150,000.

Well said Atiku, This is truly a welcome call but the issue will be the Police themselves , Will they be willingly to forego the goodies that comes from posting Policemen to VIPs, Churches and Companies?
Let it not end on paper ,Like those of the IGPs before Ibrahim.
