Chocolate City Boss, Audu Maikori has dragged Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna to court for alleged gross violation of his rights.
In the suit (FHC/ABJ/CS/385/17) filed on behalf of Maikori by his lawyers, the record label boss wants the court to enforce his fundamental rights against undue harassment and intimidation by the Kaduna state government, the state governor and the Nigeria police.
Maikori is also seeking damages against Governor El-Rufai to the tune of N10 billion.
