Former Chairman of the executive board of the Nigerian league,Victor Rumson Baribote has revealed that he is set to boycott the committee set up by the Nigeria Football Federation(NFF) to look into his grievances with the football house.
Baribote took the NFF to FIFA,pettioning them over the manner in which he was ousted as chairman of the league.
But FIFA discarded Baribote’s petition,describing it as an ‘internal matter’ that should not have been brought to them.
The NFF however set up a committee to hear out Baribote’s case,but the chairman of Nembe FC hinted that he will not be part of such.
“They cannot be a judge in their own matter so am not going to appear before them, whatever they are doing, I know the matter is in court,” Baribote told Brila FM.
