Wife of Central Bank of Nigeria ( CBN) Governor, Mrs Margaret Emefiele, kidnapped on Thursday has been released by her abductors.
Family sources told Thisday Newspaper that she was rescued “due to the gallantry of the Armed Forces, Police and Security Forces”, in Ugoneki near Benin City and is currently recuperating in Government House, Asaba.
Recall that a group of heavily armed kidnappers abducted Margaret Emefiele, the wife of Nigeria’s Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele along the Benin-Agbor Road last Thursday.
