Paris Saint Germain forward,Zlatan Ibrahimovic has insisted that Real Madrid player,Cristiano Ronaldo,is ‘only one of the best players in the world’ but ‘not the best player.’
Zlatan believes that it is normal for PSG to be linked with one of the finest footballers,following speculation that the big-money spending French side is set to launch and astonishing bid for the player.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players in the world,” he told reporters on Friday at a PSG press conference.
“The fact that he is often linked to PSG, this is normal, because the project of the club is to become the best in Europe and therefore attract the best players.”
When the translator for the press mistakenly said Ibrahimovic had called Ronaldo “the best in the world”, he added in English: “No, he’s one of the best – not the best.”
PSG will on Saturday play against Real Madrid in a friendly game.
