A 50 year old ex-employee of Facebook is suing the company over what he claims was a culture of ageism that was condoned from the top down.
Gary Glouner, who worked for the tech giant for two years, alleged that he was on the receiving end of many ageist jokes which included 'old people do not belong at Facebook'.
He also accused Mark Zuckerberg of being part of the problem for a statement he allegedly made in 2007 saying 'Young people are just smarter.'
