Nigeria will this evening square up against France in the second round clash of the 2014 FIFA World Cup tournament.
In a game of huge proportions and importance for both teams,Nigeria will be hoping to equal the record set by Cameroon,Senegal and Ghana as the only African countries to have ever qualified for the last eight of the World Cup.
It will be a game where Vincent Enyeama will be expected to come with his heroics once more to be able to repel the French players, because he knows most of them and plies his trade in the French Ligue 1 with Lille FC.
These are some of the facts that you need to know about tonight's game between the Super Eagles and the Les Bleus.
Key battles:
* Kenneth Omeruo vs Karim Benzema
* John Obi Mikel vs Yohan Cabaye
*Emmanuel Emenike vs Mammadou Sakho
Players to watch:

Do you know that:
This is only the second time Nigeria will be coming up against France?
Nigeria defeated France the last time both teams clashed in 2009 in Saint Etienne with Joseph Akpala netting the only goal of the encounter.
