Nigeria's minister of state for petroleum resources, Ibe Kachikwu, has alleged insubordination of Maikanti Baru, group managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in a letter written to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Kachikwu accused Baru of undermining his office and dragging the reputation of the NNPC into the mud.
The letter has generated lot of controversies on the social media and Nigerians are asking the Presidency not to sweep the issue under the carpet like previous allegations:
