In what could be described as an horrible act, an angry middle-aged man was filmed viciously beating his wife and daughter with a cutlass in a village in Uganda. He started with terrible lashes on his wife, but turned to his daughter when she used a stone to hit him to to stop beating her mother.
Onlookers and able-bodied men at the scene could not rescue the two women from the enraged husband.
