Nigerian naira on Monday morning opened trading flat against three major currencies as Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN relax foreign exchange policy for the second time in 2017.

The currency is expected to appreciate further over sustained liquidity in the market as the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, on Monday ordered commercial banks to immediately lower naira to dollar rate from 370 to 360 for sale of BTA, PTAs , medicals and schools.
