The internet age has ushered in so many wonderful things, especially as it concerns media. As we have people curate news items on so many social platforms, we also have so many people promoting what they love to do – and that brings food to their table. One of the angles to look at in Nigeria is Food Blogging. What do you think of the idea of Food Blogging? We ask: Food Blogging – who doesn't know how to cook? What's so special with Food Blogging? These questions seem no longer relevant in our age today, as we have many people into curating recipes and sumptuous delicacies. Here is a look at some of them.

3. Afrolems: Afrolems not only focus on Nigerian recipes but on African delicacies and cooking tips. You also have the opportunity to chat with with other expert cooks in Africa. Food delivery services are also offered at Afrolems.


4. My Belle Don Full: With crystal sharp pictures and easy to understand Nigerian recipe videos. My Belle don full is one of the popular food photography and video blog in Nigeria.

5. All Nigerian Recipes: This blog focuses more on Nigerian recipes of all kinds. Recipes such as snacks recipes, breakfast recipes, calabar delicacies and so on. Owned by Flo Madueke who works in the oil exploration industry but takes time to share delicacies with her esteemed audience.

6. Dobby's Signature: Owned by Debby Okonkwo, On this food blog, you will learn about colourful sumptuous recipes. You will find day to day Nigerian recipes and pictures with some infusions from other parts of the world. The blog also features a lifestyle section known as Street foodie waka where 'Dobby' explores meals outside the walls of her kitchen. This includes Foodie Adventures, Product reviews, Events, Restaurant reviews and a host of others.

7. Nigerian Food TV: This blog is rich with basically Nigerian delicacies and how to prepare them. It also gives tips on how to make snacks and small chops. The blog also has an App for its visitors, and also takes time to produce Cooking videos. It is owned by Nky Lily Lete,a microbiologist, food blogger and vlogger.

8. Kauna Kitchen: Kauna Kitchen is owned by Uneku Haruna, a food blogger and counselling psychologist. Her blog offers personal chef and catering services of African and Intercontinental dishes both in Nigeria and Canada. Kauna Kitchen receives reader and guest posts for anyone interested in showcasing or sharing their recipes or food related knowledge.

9. Nigerian Lazy Chef – Nma Okpara, who owns Nigerian Lazy Chef finds it so easy to blend all sorts of Recipes together. Her Food blog is driven by passion, knowledge and taste with its vision being to share and bring our rich African culture to everyone using the culinary arts. In a little over a year that the blog was founded, it has been recognized by CNN, Ventures Africa and a host of others. The blog is really rich in modern day delicacies.
