The Ahmed Makarfi Faction of the PDP has decided to further fight the emergence of Ali Modu Sheriff as the National Chairman of the party.
According to a tweet by PDP Chief Femi Fani Kayode, the faction agreed to push Modu Sheriff out of the PDP.
"Just finished a great meeting of PDP stakeholders led by Sen. Ahmed Makarfi. All major groups and key players present. It is NO to Sheriff," he said.
