Politics Presidency Insists Atiku Will Return to PDP

The Presidency is insisting that former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar will return to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP; THIS DAY reports.

Special Adviser to PresidentGoodluck Jonathan on Political Matters, Prof. Rufai Alkali on Tuesday said that Atiku is on sabbatical in the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Addressing members of the 120 Atiku Abubakar Support Groups in the South-west formally defected to the PDP from the APC., Alkali maintained that though the former vice-president was in the opposition, he had always been a PDP man and expressed hope that he would return to the party before the general election.
