President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in a crucial meeting with former President Goodluck Jonathan inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

According to PUNCH, the meeting is holding inside the President’s office.

Jonathan arrived for the meeting in a black Range Rover marked KWL 86 CN and was received at the forecourt of the President’s office by one of Buhari’s aides.

You are absolutely RIGHT, until the economy is diversified. Then we will have limited ransom from a particular region.
The rhetoric about diversification is a false one. The oil and gas industry is a stimulus for the world economy not just Nigeria. That is why Saudi et al have a place at the high table not because they produce mangoes.

The oil and gas gives Nigeria a competitive advantage that cannot be ignored any time soon. All we need now are leaders that are determined to build a nation, not just their own personal fortune or their own villages.

You can only diversify Nigeria''s economy if it is supported by revenue from oil and gas.
