Issa Brahim, Chadian ambassador to Nigeria on Wednesday told #BringBackOurGirls group to hold the Nigerian government responsible for the insecurity in the country and the kidnap of over 200 school girls in Chibok, Borno state.

According to LEADERSHIP, addressing the protesters who had marched to the Chadian embassy in Abuja following rumors that Chad is sponsoring boko haram, Ibrahim said, unlike Nigeria, the republic of Chad has no fear of Boko Haram because their ways of practicing Islam is different from that of Nigerians.

The ambassador however denied his country's involvement in sponsoring Boko haram.

According to the news you curated, the Chadian Ambassador said, "unlike Nigeria, the republic of Chad has no fear of Boko Haram because their ways of practicing Islam is different from that of Nigerians.". This probably means that their way of practicing Islam is acceptable to Boko Haram, hence there's no fear of any invasion by the terrorist group.
Boko Haram often declare territories they capture in Nigeria as Islamic Caliphates. This reveals that their plan is to make as many place they capture compliant with their own type of Islam. Thus if the reason the Chadian Ambassador has said they have no fear of Boko Haram is because they practice a kind of Islam which is significantly different from the one practiced in Nigeria, a nation currently bewildered by the destructive activities of the insurgents, then one can probably say Chad republic is already a prototype of an Islamic Caliphate.
