Prominent political figures, including Vice President Kashim Shetima, Governors Bala Mohammed of Bauchi, Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa, Hope Uzodinma of Imo, Yahaya Bello of Kogi, and Bello Matawale, who is currently the Minister of State for Defense and a former Zamfara State Governor, along with APC National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje, were all present at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. This high-profile gathering came as the tribunal prepared to deliver its judgment regarding the petitions challenging the outcome of the 2023 presidential election, which saw Bola Tinubu declared as the winner.

Shetima, dressed in a white agbada complemented by a colorful cap, was surrounded by a considerable security detail as he entered the courtroom. Additionally, Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji, Chief of Staff to the President Femi Gbajabiamila, and Maimala Buni were among those in attendance.

Accompanying the Vice President were accredited APC supporters eager to witness the tribunal's verdict. Lawyers representing the PDP presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku, led by Chief Chris Uche, SAN, were also present in the courtroom.

The presence of these political heavyweights and legal teams underscores the significance of the tribunal's judgment, which will determine the fate of the 2023 presidential election results and may have far-reaching implications for the political landscape of Nigeria
