Super Eagles captain, Vincent Enyeama has apologised to all Nigerians for losing their game against Sudan in an African Cup of Nations qualifiers on Saturday.

Sudan shocked Nigeria with a 43rd minute goal and claimed the three point in the game, sitting on the third spot of the group A table.

"@NGSuperEagles: Vincent Enyeama - I apologise on behalf of my teammates. Nigerians PLEASE forgive us and also pray for us to win our remaining games."

Nigeria will host Sudan in the second leg of their tie and the Super Eagles will be hoping to turn things around when they clash on Wednesday in Abuja.
