There are indications that Rabiu Kwankwaso, a presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC and Governor of Kano state will be vying for a senate position come 2015 elections.
According to PREMIUM TIMES, Kwankwaso who recently lost at the APC Presidential primaries said he might consider calls from his supporters to bid for a seat in the Senate in 2015.
"I will consult with my people, friends and political associate on my future politically. And you should know that my being in the Senate will help in no small measure in tackling those talkative who have nothing to offer for the unity of the Country".
