In the aftermath of the Ibadan explosion on Tuesday night, Barrister Iyiola Oladokun, a former deputy governor of Oyo State, shared the harrowing experience of being left homeless.
Speaking to DAILY POST, Oladokun revealed that his residence on Dejo Oyelese Close, Bodija Housing Estate, was among the properties affected by the blast. He expressed gratitude that he and his wife were unharmed but highlighted the extensive damage, forcing them to seek temporary accommodation.
Oladokun recounted the devastating impact, with doors, windows, and the roof destroyed.
The former deputy governor emphasized the urgent need for support as he copes with the loss of property worth millions of naira.
