Elder statesman and PANDEF leader, Chief Edwin Clark, has alleged that FCT Minister Nyesom Wike is behind a plot to impeach Rivers State Governor, Sam Fubara. Clark claims Wike's intention is to force Fubara's deputy to resign post-impeachment and install the Speaker as governor.
He called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to intervene and prevent a crisis in Rivers State. Clark criticized Wike's alleged actions, saying they pose a threat to regional stability and the national economy.
