The White Witches and Wizards of Nigeria have made predictions concerning the upcoming off-season gubernatorial elections in Imo, Kogi, and Bayelsa states. The group's spokesperson, Okhue Iboi, warned several prominent politicians about the election outcomes. In Imo, the White Witches predict a fierce contest between the Labour Party's Athan Achonu and the Peoples Democratic Party's Samuel Anyanwu, challenging the belief that the incumbent, Governor Hope Uzodinma, has an advantage due to the incumbency factor. Iboi urged security forces to enhance security to prevent violence during the election.

In Kogi, the group suggests that the election is primarily between the Social Democratic Party's Murtala Ajaka and the People's Democratic Party's Dino Melaye, claiming that Governor Yahaya Bello's failure to field his deputy as a successor has negatively impacted his chances. The White Witches predict that Kogi will experience violence during the election but that Bello will lose.

Regarding the Bayelsa poll, the group anticipates that Timipre Sylva, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, will face a challenging path, having already encountered setbacks in his candidacy. The White Witches also expressed concerns over his chances of success.

While these predictions are unconventional, they add intrigue to the upcoming elections in these Nigerian states.
