In an unexpected turn of events, controversial social media figure Bobrisky has made headlines yet again, this time for a surprising act of philanthropy. Reports emerged that Bobrisky, currently serving a jail term at Kirikiri prison, has donated sets of chairs to the facility's visiting area, each adorned with his name.

The donation comes in the wake of Bobrisky's recent conviction by Justice Abimbola Awogboro on charges related to the misuse and defacement of Naira notes. Following his guilty plea to four counts of tampering with N490,000 by spraying, Bobrisky was sentenced to six months in jail. Justice Awogboro emphasized the importance of the sentence as a deterrent against similar offenses involving the Nigerian currency, with Bobrisky's jail term commencing on March 24, 2024, the day of his arrest.

The sight of chairs bearing Bobrisky's name in the prison's visiting area has raised eyebrows and sparked a flurry of reactions across Nigeria. While some commend the gesture as a sign of Bobrisky's generosity and willingness to give back to the community, others question the underlying motives behind the donation.
