The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday declared Tony Nwoye, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
This comes as the PDP will Thursday inaugurate a 60-member national campaign council for the Anambra governorship election.
The committee headed by Vice President, Namadi Sambo will be inaugurated at National Secretariat of the party.
The election comes up on November 16 gubernatorial election in Anambra State.
