Sports Brazil coming to Uyo next year to play a friendly against the Super Eagles

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will play the Brazilian national team in an international friendly game next year.

Governor Godswill Akpabio announced this during the commissioning of the newly built ultra modern stadium in Uyo, named "Nesting of Champions."

"On behalf of the NFF, I wish to announce that the Super Eagles will play Brazil here on March 29, 2015," Governor Akpabio said during his speech at the commissioning of the stadium.

He further stated that the Brazilian national team will come with the full complement of their squad, adding that "Neymar will be here (Uyo)"

Already, the new stadium is becoming the adopted home of the Super Eagles. With Nigeria going to play their last home game in the 2015 African Nations Cup qualifiers against South Africa, in Uyo.
