The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Thursday, struck out the suit querying the educational qualification of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Justice Ademola Adeniyi threw out the case following a ‘notice of discontinuance’ by the plaintiff, Mr. Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe.
