The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission according to Nigerian Eye has sealed the proposed campaign office of Mr. Kayode Amusa, the governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun state.

A Federal High Court order dated February 7, 2014, FHS/L/CS/1661/14 was reportedly pasted on the entrance alleging that the building was procured by the owner, Felix Oriyomi Ewulo, with proceeds from fraud.

According to the EFCC, Ewulo "is being investigated for the offences of conspiracy to defraud, stealing and obtaining money by false pretences."

When contacted on the telephone, Amusan, said, "I bought the property for N30m from Ewulo and I have all the legal documents with me.

"After he gave me copies of the documents, I went to the EFCC office in Ikoyi and I confirmed that they are genuine before I bought the property."
