Reverend Zakariya, a clergy of the Evangelical Church of West Africa, ECWA, has been murdered by suspected herdsmen in Obi LGA of Nasarawa state.
“My late uncle, Rev. Zakariya was killed Thursday by herdsmen in Obi LGA of Nasarawa State. They attacked him on his farm, cut off his arms and legs; then they chopped his head with machete. I received a call on Thursday evening that my uncle, a pastor with ECWA was killed by Fulani herdsmen.” a relative @uncanny_sam announced on social media.
According to him, killings by herdsmen in Nasarawa state are becoming an every day occurrence and the government doesn't seem concerned.
He also demanded justice from the authorities and the state governor, Tanko Al-Makura.
