Members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), also known as Shi’ites, have cried out over the health condition of their detained leader, Sheikh Ibraheem El-Zakzaky, saying he is suffering from paralyzes and slurred speech.
The Chairman, Resource Forum of IMN, Professor Abdulahi Danladi, in a pres conference said Zakzaky’s speech had become slurred and he could no longer stand to say his prayers due to bullets lodged in his body.
We are strongly appealing to people of conscience, human rights organisations, activists and the international community to prevail upon this administration to tread the path of justice and pave way for our leader to go and look after his health properly,” he said.
