AL Ain striker, Emmanuel Emenike has vowed to fire Nigeria to victory in Saturday's African Cup of Nations between Super Eagles and Taifa Stars.

The Sunday Oliseh-led team left Nigeria for Tanzania on Thursday afternoon ahead of their match-day two clash against the rock bottom team.

Emenike, who switched leagues this summer had not featured for the national team for close to 2 years now, and he's hoping to revive his scoring form in Dar es Salaam.

“I look forward to scoring against Tanzania. I am very determined to score again for Nigeria. I’m not happy for the long drought.

“The match in Tanzania is a must-win for us. I am very happy with our Coach (Sunday Oliseh) and the assistants, and the approach to training sessions. Their approach brings out the best from the players,” Emenike said during the week. NFF
