Sports Emmanuel Emenike Leaves UAE Club Al Ain

Al Ain coach, Zlatko Dalic, has released former Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike after the expiration his six months loan deal at the Dubai outfit as he returns to his parent club, Fenerbache.

The ex-Nigerian international scored nine goals from his fifteen appearances for the club, meanwhile, the Dubai club have wasted no time to replace Emenike with a Brazilian, Douglas.

Former Liverpool player, Ryan Babel has also been released by Al Ain.

“I want to say thank you to Emenike and Babel for the last six months with us,” Dalic said.

“I wish them all the best next season at a new club. This is football, this is life. Also, we did everything that our fans wanted of us. I hope to make them happy.

“We’ve had a great half season. I’m sure we’ve had great transfer window and did everything our fans expected of us.”
