Outspoken PDP Chief, Mr. Femi Fani Kayode, might soon be released from EFCC detention as he has met his bail conditions.
"Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has met all the conditions for his bail and the relevant documents have been duly filed and submitted at the Federal High Court in Lagos. We are now waiting for the EFCC to verify the documents after which he would be released," a statement from his spokesman, Jude Ndukwe said.
Fani Kayode had been in EFCC detention for the past couple of months after honoring an invitation by the anti graft agency. He was recently arraigned and given bail of N250m.
"Despite the fact that he has been locked up for the last 62 days he remains confident, strong, healthy and in very high spirits," the statement added.
