Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has threatened to confirm the fear of Nigerians that President Muhammadu Buhari is not recuperating like the government says, but actually dying.
The governor says he will release 11 damaging pictures of the president to prove his claim.
According to him, Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is deceiving the public by saying the president is well. Osinbajo said this shortly after his return to the country from London to see the president.
“If care is not taken, I will release pictures and this will create serious problems for the country. The offices of the governors and the president are that which require work. If care is not taken, I will release about 11 pictures (on his bad health”), the governor said,
Fayose is the opposition's most vocal thorn in the flesh of the presidency. He is a controversial figure in Nigerian politics but can be right sometimes.
