The rumour circulating for a while in Anambra State that the National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Victor Umeh, is gunning for the Senate, concretised on Saturday when a group known as Anambra Cetral Political Forum adopted him for the election.
The group, led by chairman of Njikoka local government, Emeka Onuorah, in its inaugural meeting in Awka, unanimously resolved to “beg, invite and plead with Chief Victor Umeh to run for the Senate in 2015”.
