The Nigerian Police on Monday evening issued a statement saying it helped foil the Kano bomb blast by stopping the female suicide bomber who tried to mingle with worshipers as they were coming out of the Mosque after prayers.
The said female then blew herself up and died on the spot. No other casualty recorded. The Scene of the blast has been secured by Police, investigation on going.
