Politics INEC: Jega Reacts to Rumors of Terminal Leave

The INEC chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega has stated that he is not going on terminal leave as is currently speculated.

Speaking through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Kayode Idown, Jega assured Nigerians that he would continue to serve until June 30th, when his tenure expired.

He also added that the ballot papers for the presidential election have been delivered by the printers and are currently in the CBN vault.

Ad hoc personnel were being trained for the elections in thousands, he added.
