In preparation for the electoral showdown on March 28 and April 11, the PDP national chairman, Alhaji Adamu Muazu has summoned President Jonathan, VP Namadi Sambo, Senate President David Mark and Deputy National Chairman of PDP, Uche Secondus for what Vanguard calls a 'marathon meeting.'

Also to attend the meeting are the Chairman, Board of Trustees, BoT of the PDP, Chief Tony Anenih, Director- General of PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, PDPPCO and former National Chairman, Alhaji Ahmadu Ali; former Deputy National Chairman of PDP, Chief Olabode George, Chief Godswill Akpabio, Governor of Akwa Ibom State and Chairman, PDP Governors’ Forum; Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, Secretary to the Government of the Federation; and Retired Brigadier General James Arogbofa, Chief of Staff to the President.
The meeting which is under the aegis of National Campaign Council, NCC which has Muazu as the Chairman would hold today at the Wadata Plaza, National Secretariat of the PDP, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.
According to a text an SMS signed by Adamu Muazu and obtained by Vanguard, the meeting which would hold at 2 pm, would be attended by Other members of the council which former Minister of Works, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, who is the deputy Director General, head office; Honourable Kabiru Turaki, Deputy Director General North and Mr. Peter Obi, Deputy Director General, South.
