Following the tragic demise of popular comedian and show host, Joan Rivers on September 4, 2014, another comedian, Kathy Griffin has been picked as her replacement on the 'Fashion Police' show.
Interestingly, Rivers' daughter and only child, Melissa Rivers is expected to join Griffin on the show.
What remains unknown is whether Rivers' male co-host, George Kotsiopoulos will remain on the show but female co-hosts, Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne will remain on the show.
Facts have also emerged on how Griffin received the blessing of Rivers who wanted Griffin to be her successor.
However, Fashion Police will no longer air on a weekly basis but has been rescheduled to air during award shows and special events.
