Justice Anwuli Chikere, has quit a case involving, Abba Moro, Nigeria's former minister of interior.
According to CHANNELS TV, the Judge said she is returning the case file of Mr Moro to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court for reassignment on personal reasons.
Moro is currently facing various charges bothering on an alleged poor handling of the 2014 Nigerian Immigration recruitment exercise.
