Justice #ChukwudifuOputa Is Dead. According to #SaharaReporters, a family source said the former justice of Nigeria’s Supreme Court died today at 3.30 p.m. at his #Abuja home, shortly after he was discharged from hospital.
Justice Chukwudifu Oputa (of the famous “Oputa Panel”) has passed on at the age of 96, while recovering from a brief illness. Funeral arrangements will be released soon by the family.
Charles Oputa (Charley Boy) confirmed his father's demise.
