Sports Keshi to Okocha: You should know better

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has blasted Austin Jay Jay Okocha over comments he made following Nigeria's disappointing 0-0 draw against Iran in their first group game at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Okocha in his punditry role on a cable station criticised Keshi for Nigeria's tepid performance in the game and also for the substitution of Victor Moses for Shola Ameobi.

Keshi who was Okocha's teammate at the 1994 World Cup in the United States of America,hit back at him,adding that he should know better.

"People have a right to their opinions, but some people enjoy being destructive," said Keshi.

"When people who should know better, like ex-footballers, criticise the team, I don't enjoy it at all."
