Lere Olayinka, the Special Assistant to Ekiti Governor, Ayo Fayose on Media, has claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari is ruling Nigeria with NEPA bill, according to a post on his Facebook wall.
Olayinka said this reaction to the ongoing certificate scandal that Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye is currently embroiled in. Sahara Reporters, an online platfrom had alleged that the controversial lawmaker did not graduate from foremost Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria as he claimed.
Regardless of Melaye's insistence that he finished from the school, the Senate has launched probe into the case.

''Even if Dino Melaye Presents Toilet Paper as certificate, we like it like that. After all, our President is rulling us with NEPA BILL as Certificate''
