Dino Melaye was in the news this week over a university certificate scandal. The outspoken, controversial lawmaker was alleged not to have graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria by an online medium, Sahara Reporters.

The Nigerian economy is also starting to grow out of the recession which saw 10 months of consecutive contraction.

And as well in the news this week, a Lagos-based Medical Doctor ordered his driver to pull over, on the Third Mainland bridge, and then he committed suicide by jumping off into the lagoon.
