Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima led the delegation of North east leaders to the National Assembly to show appreciation in passing the North-East Development Commission (NEDC) Bill
They were received by Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara at the national assembly complex on Wednesday.
The commission is tasked with the responsibility of rebuilding the North-East region after years of destruction by activities of the Boko Haram insurgents.
