After receiving certificates of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Thursday, winner of the Edo gubernatorial election, Godwin Obaseki and his deputy, Philip Shuaibu, took to the streets to celebrate victory.
The governor and his deputy were seen standing on a podium mounted in a helux van, with supporters trooping behind and chanting songs of victory.
