Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the president of the Christian Association of Nigeria expresses sadness over the recent explosions that took place in Kano at Christ salvation Pentecostal Church during an evening programme where about 53 lost their lives. The carnage was carried out by the violent Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram.
A day to this attack, the same group had burnt 16 Christians to death in Biu, Borno State. These are just in addition to the killings that have been reportedly carried out by the group in recent times.
The CAN president said this has further confirmed that the Boko Haram group is after the Christians.
