Metro [PHOTOS]: Names of Nigeria Police Officers Arrested for Aiding, Abetting Criminals and Militants

Several police officers were on Tuesday paraded by authorities for aiding and abetting criminals and militants.

In a press conference on Tuesday, the police said 9 of the officers were for unprofessional conduct, aiding and abetting serious crimes such as cattle rustling, robbery and kidnapping in the North-East.

Their names are:

i. EX. ASP YugudaAbbah
ii. EX. SgtHabilaSarki
iii. EX. DiphenNimmyel
iv. EX. SgtYasanDanda
v. EX. Sgt Abbas Mailalle
vi. EX. SgtBwanasonTanko
vii. EX. SgtDonan James
viii. EX. CPL Idris Salisu
ix. EX. CPL Zakari Kofi

Their arrest led to the rounding up of over 24 criminals in the area.

Also, four policemen were nabbed for aiding and abetting Zakari Ya’uIsiaka, a notorious kidnapper/Armed Robber and Principal suspect in Kogi state. Their names are:

i. EX. Sgt. Musbahu Yahaya
ii. EX. Sgt. Ugenlo Sylvester
iii. EX. Sgt Musa Umar
iv. EX. CPL Omale Edicha

In addition, Ex-SGT Laibi Opakegba ‘M’ was caught for supplying bombs to militants in Ogun and Lagos states through one Abiodun Amos “alias” SENTI ‘M’.

Several weapons and ammunition were seized from them.
