A Daily Post report says another APC secretariat has been exploded in Andoni LGA in Rivers state. The constituency of the governorship aspirant for the party, Dakuku Peterside, was the target.
Although the incident is as yet unconfirmed by the state police, APC officials say the hoodlums stormed the place by midnight, blew it up and made away with some properties.
The party is blaming PDP for the incident.
