Nigerian singer, Runtown won the best 'African Artiste of Year' award at the 18th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, which held at the Accra International Conference Centre, on Saturday evening.

Runtown beat fellow Nigerian singers, Patoranking, Mr. Eazi, Tekno and Nathaniel Bassey to scoop the award.
