The Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki is conspicuously absent at the National Caucus meeting of the All Progressives Congress, APC, currently ongoing at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Top government officials and APC chieftains at the meeting are President Muhammadu Buhari, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun,
