Senate President Bukola Saraki, his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu , Maikasuwa, former clerk of the national assembly; and Benedict Efeturi, deputy clerk of the national assembly have been granted bail Salisu.
They were granted bail today by a Federal High court in Abuja after pleading 'not guilty' to the alleged forgery of senate rules.
The bail conditions are: all four accused must provide two sureties each who have landed property in Maitama, Asokoro, Garki or Wuse or be remanded in Kuje. The case has been adjourned to July 11, 2016.
